This policy sets out how Jaime Parnell collects and uses personal data.

Our duty of confidentiality to our clients applies, except where disclosure of personal information is consented to by the client or is compelled by law.

YOUR RIGHTS TO ACCESS AND CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We can assist you to access and correct your personal data held by us. Where you wish to have access to your personal data in our possession, or where you are of the opinion that such personal data held by us is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, you may make a request to access your personal data via admin@jaimeparnell.com.au.

We generally rely on personal data provided by you or your authorised representative. In order to ensure that your personal data is current, complete and accurate, please update us if there are changes to your personal data by informing our Data Protection Officer in writing.

EFFECT OF NOTICE AND CHANGES TO NOTICE

The notice given to you in this policy applies in conjunction with any other notices, contractual clauses, and consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by us. We may revise policy from time to time without any prior notice.
